Allison Lefebvre
Allison Lefebvre has a decade of experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. While living in Chicago, she worked for IFF, a non for profit organization that supports capital and leadership opportunities to other non for profit companies. She spent a majority of her corporate career in commercial real estate and finance industries.
After becoming a mother, Allison shifted her focus to entrepreneurship while starting her own event planning company, AZ Momtourage. She eventually founded Something So Worth It because of her personal experience as a mom to medically fragile children. It was important for her to have a career with purpose, so Allison volunteers her time as the president of the foundation and has her hand in every detail in keeping the mission alive.
Allison is highly involved her community with a large focus in philanthropy. She is a leader in her moms group at church, a peer mentor for Raising Special Kids Arizona and is on the parent advisory council for Phoenix Children’s Hospital. She can be found volunteering in her children’s classrooms, advocating for healthcare rights and blogging about her personal journey in the special needs community. Allison enjoys planning themed dinners for her family, taking dance classes and hosting her neighbors for movie nights.
